Hiring has quietly lost its oldest signal. A single posting now pulls in hundreds of applications, and a growing share of them never came from a human at all: generated résumés, AI-coached interviews, deepfaked video screens, interview farms running several roles at once. Recruiters can no longer tell who's real, and honest candidates get lost in the flood.
Vouchr is the credential that fixes that.
Verify once, in about five minutes
Candidates verify using signals only a present, single person can produce: a device bound with Face ID, a working phone number, connected accounts, and a verified email. Each signal is its own rung on a trust ladder, and the credential shows its work. A verified phone never looks like a verified employer, so the smaller the claim, the more exact it stays.
The result is a portable badge you can drop on your résumé, portfolio, email signature, or LinkedIn. It only renders as live when Vouchr's servers confirm it's current, so a screenshot can't fake it.
The privacy model is the point
There's no public profile by default, no background check, and no investigation. You approve every bit of access, you see exactly who looked and what they saw, and you can go dark whenever you want. That's ghost mode.
When a verified recruiter opens your profile, you get an alert with the company, the time, and what they viewed, so you're never left wondering whether an algorithm screened you out before a human ever looked. Verified candidates also get a timestamped, signed résumé with a full view log, and a credential that travels to every application with nothing to re-upload.
For employers, a two-step check before you spend interview time
First, confirm the record is real: identity, employment tier, and a résumé that can't be quietly altered.
Then confirm the person on the call is the one in the record with Live Vouch, a fifteen-second check where the candidate confirms with their own device and Face ID.
Candidates never pay. Employers pay to reach real people. One credential, both sides of the table.
